Description
The Tennessee State Museum is seeking a Museum Exhibition Coordinator (Rights & Reproductions) to serve as the rights, permissions, and licensing coordinator for the Museum’s collections, exhibitions, and publications. This position supports the development and execution of policies, procedures, and activities involving intellectual property rights for exhibitions, programs, social media platforms, website, advertising/promotions, and merchandising.
The salary range for this position is $3,631-$4,533 monthly, plus state benefits.
This position is located in Davidson County.

Requirements
In this role, you’ll:
- Research and determine intellectual property rights status, including copyright and third-party rights, for permanent and loaned works in TSM-organized exhibitions
- Initiate and coordinate licensing agreements with rights holders for loaned works
- Support exhibition and publication checklists for internal and external use
- Coordinate with co-publishers, printers, distributors, authors, and designers on publication projects
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned for exhibit and publication-related projects
